Green Tea Latte

  • Green tea bags (you can also use matcha)
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk or coconut cream. I make it from powdered for a longer shelf life (you can get this on Amazon here.)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • fresh ground nutmeg to taste
  • 1/2-1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp monk fruit maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 scoop (1 tsp) reishi mushroom powder or functional mushroom blend. (optional)
  1. Steep tea bags in hot water. (8-12 oz for a strong brew)
  2. Once tea is ready, combine it with all other ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend on high for about 20 seconds.
  4. Pour and enjoy. (Be careful taking the lid off the blender cup as pressure can build)
