
Green Tea Latte
Ingredients
- Green tea bags (you can also use matcha)
- 1/3 cup coconut milk or coconut cream. I make it from powdered for a longer shelf life (you can get this on Amazon here.)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
- fresh ground nutmeg to taste
- 1/2-1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp monk fruit maple syrup (optional)
- 1 scoop (1 tsp) reishi mushroom powder or functional mushroom blend. (optional)
Instructions
- Steep tea bags to get 8-12 oz of a strong brew.
- Once tea is ready, combine it with all other ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 20 seconds.
- Be careful taking the lid off the blender cup as pressure can build.
