Grapefruit Raspberry Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1-2 inches peeled, finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt (sub coconut milk if desired)
  • Stevia to taste

Note: Makes about two smoothies

  1. Peel grapefruit and remove all extra skin and seeds.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Make sure to blend really well to prevent chunks of ginger.
  3. Taste and add stevia if needed for desired sweetness.
  4. Enjoy!
